Women in Leadership: Balancing Power with Grace and Truth
This course has been designed with an objective to aid participants in the development of a process which will assist them in their endeavors to learn how to navigate challenges and manage their power and presence, all while maintaining a Godly attitude. To that end, we will discuss the struggles and challenges women leaders oftentimes face as well as gain insight on the topic of “Female Leadership”. We will explore the premise that leadership is the ability to influence change through the use of power and we will review illustrations of Christ Jesus as the greatest example of a leader who used His power to serve others. Lastly, we will delve into how the difference between leading in a secular space or a sacred space is one of attitude.
The only prerequisite for participation in this course is registrants must be Female.
