I AM Net Worthy: Foundations in Personal Finance
This course will introduce participants to basic theoretical concepts in personal finance. Topics include cash management, credit, taxes, investing, retirement, insurance, education and legacy. The course content is designed to help the learner analyze personal financial decisions, evaluate the costs and benefits of their decisions, recognize rights and responsibilities as consumers, and make effective use of income to achieve personal financial success.
Class will meet for 8 Saturday Afternoon Sessions (1PM-3PM) from 9/14 thru 11/16
[Note: Class will NOT meet on 10/26 nor on 11/2]
Students must attend more than 50% of the scheduled sessions to successfully complete this course.
There are NO prerequisites to participate in this course.
